Step one, for every new customer

A free meet and greet comes first

It's free and takes 30 minutes. We discuss your pet, so the service is bespoke to you and your pet's needs.

Book it with a short form or over the phone. You don't need an account. If it goes well, you create one and can then book walks, pop ins and our other services, online or over the phone.

  1. Step 1: Book your free meet and greet

    Fill in a short form or give us a call. You don't need an account. We'll be in touch to arrange a time.

  2. Step 2: Meet and greet

    We discuss your pet and their needs, so the service is bespoke to you and your pet.

  3. Step 3: Create an account

    If the meet and greet goes well, sign up online and add your dog, with a photo.

  4. Step 4: Book walks and pop ins

    Book online from live available times, or over the phone. Bookings can repeat weekly. Group walks, overnight sitting and event chaperoning are on request.

Do I have to have a meet and greet first?

Yes. Every new customer starts with a free meet and greet, and you don't need an account for it. If it goes well, you create an account, and then you can book our other services online or over the phone.

Will my dog be walked alone or with other dogs?

Walks can be solo or in a small group, depending on your preference. Our Group Dog Walk is 60 minutes for £14, arranged on request.

Do you look after pets other than dogs?

Yes. Pop ins are for any animal, and cover feeding, toilet breaks, fun and cuddles. Overnight pet sitting is for all pets, in your own home.

Can I book a regular walk?

Yes. Online, you can set a walk or pop in to repeat weekly. Over the phone, just tell us the days you'd like.
