How it works

Do I have to have a meet and greet first?

Yes. Every new customer starts with a free meet and greet, and you don't need an account for it. If it goes well, you create an account, and then you can book our other services online or over the phone.

What happens at the meet and greet?

We discuss your pet, so the service is bespoke to you and your pet's needs. It's free and takes 30 minutes.

How do I book the meet and greet?

Fill in our short form or call us on 07590 043745, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. You don't need an account. We'll be in touch to arrange a time.

Will my dog be walked alone or with other dogs?

Walks can be solo or in a small group, depending on your preference. Our Group Dog Walk is 60 minutes for £14, arranged on request.

Do you look after pets other than dogs?

Yes. Pop ins are for any animal, and cover feeding, toilet breaks, fun and cuddles. Overnight pet sitting is for all pets, in your own home.

Can you look after my dog at a wedding?

Yes, through our Live Event Chaperone service. It's a bespoke package, for example looking after your dog during a wedding or a similar event. The price is on request.

How much do you charge?

The meet and greet is free. Pop ins are £10 for 20 minutes. Dog walks are £10 for 30 minutes or £17 for 60 minutes. Group dog walks are £14 for 60 minutes. Overnight pet sitting is £38 for a single night, or £36 per night for multiple nights. Live event chaperoning is priced on request.

How do I book?

Everything can be booked online or over the phone. Start with the free meet and greet, using our short form or a call. After that, book walks and pop ins online from live available times, or call us. Group walks, overnight sitting and event chaperoning are requests: tell us what you need in the app or over the phone, and we confirm the details.

Can I book a regular walk?

Yes. Online, you can set a walk or pop in to repeat weekly. Over the phone, just tell us the days you'd like.

How will I know my booking is confirmed?

You'll get an email confirmation, and you can see and manage your bookings in the app.

Can I book on my phone?

Yes. The booking app works on a phone, and you can add it to your home screen.

Can I leave a review?

Yes. After a service, you can leave a review in the app.

Are you DBS checked and insured?

Yes. We're DBS checked and insured, and we've completed accredited pet first aid courses. We're always continuing to learn.

Which areas do you cover?

Derby, Oakwood, Chaddesden, Spondon, Allestree, Breadsall, Little Eaton, Darley Abbey, Duffield, Belper and Alvaston. We're based in Oakwood.
